- 2 large tomatoes
- 50 gr black olives

RECIPE PREPARATION Appetizer stuffed mozzarella baskets:
We choose mozzarella to be small (to have at least 250 gr one). Drain well from the preservation water and leave on a paper napkin to be as dry as possible.
Cut from the top to get a lid, then scoop out each mozzarella, being careful not to break it.
In a bowl put diced mozzarella (the one taken from the inside), diced tomatoes, pitted olives cut in half.
Season with salt and sprinkle with a little olive oil. Mix well.
Fill the baskets with the obtained mixture and put 2-3 basil leaves in each basket.
Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
