It's the best chocolate ice cream I've ever eaten! And no, I didn't, but I did. Plus, using Ladorna cream and Milka chocolate, black cocoa and homemade eggs, how could something bad have come out?

How to prepare homemade ice cream with chocolate
In a double-bottomed saucepan put the yolks, 80 g sugar, salt and butter.
Put the pan on low heat and stir continuously until the sugar is diluted.
Take great care to mix it, fire it small and don't let the mixture get caught!
Turn off the heat and add the cocoa to the hot mixture. Homogenize by stirring vigorously, quickly. Immediately add the chopped / broken chocolate and mix until it melts and homogenizes in the rest of the composition.
Put 50 ml of whipped cream and mix. The composite will thin easily.
Mix the rest of the whipped cream with the remaining 3 tablespoons of sugar. Initially mix at the lowest speed, for a minute, then increase the power and mix until it binds and becomes firm. Add the completely cooled chocolate mixture, in 3 stages, mixing after each stage. No, the composition will not be cut or butter made, but mix only as much as necessary for homogenization, not in excess.
When you have homogenized the two compositions, prepare a casserole with a lid, pour the ice cream, put the lid on and put it in the freezer overnight.
Chocolate cake, yogurt and fruit
The top is cut into 3 slices, which are lightly sprinkled with compote juice (it can be any kind of compote, I have now used peach and apricot compote). If you want the cake to be more syrupy, you can add syrup or a little liqueur. I also sprinkled the top with a little homemade limoncello (see the recipe here).
In the form in which the top was baked (lined with wet foil or baking paper) put a slice of top, then a generous layer of chocolate ganache cream, then top, fruit yogurt mousse and finally, and a slice of wheat. Let it cool for at least 4 hours, so that the cream hardens well and the countertop softens well.
Turn over, dress the cake in chocolate ganache and decorate as desired. I made some ganache hazelnuts, cheered with candied cherries.

Put the gelatin sheets in cold water. Separately, leave the yogurt in a strainer to remove excess liquid. In order for the forgiveness to melt inside the gelatin, it is recommended to preheat it. Add the sweetener and some of the vanilla essence. Put everything in moist forms and cover with oatmeal. Leave in the fridge until the composition becomes solid.
When serving, put the berries and gelatin in a pan until they reach the consistency of jelly. Add a little sweetener and a pinch of vanilla essence. Place on a plate and cover with fruit jelly. This recipe is ideal for diabetics. Good appetite and good health!
