We need 200 grams of pizza dough (I knead it by hand, putting 400 grams of flour type 55, 25 grams of yeast diluted with warm water and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, warm water as the dough and 3 tablespoons of olive oil; I put the salt at the end so as not to affect the yeast by coming into contact with the yeast).
Spread a thin pizza top by hand and sprinkle with tomato sauce and sprinkle with basil or oregano depending on your preferences.
Then leave to rise for 10 minutes and add the sliced ham and mushrooms and then sprinkle the cheese and put the slices of camembert and cheese. Add the hot pepper slices and sprinkle a little oregano and salt.
Bake at maximum temperature for 12-15 minutes, on the lowest step of the oven, I use a special perforated pizza tray because it comes out crispier. It is ready when the cheese is completely melted and has a golden crust, the slices of camembert will not melt completely.
Cut into slices and sprinkle with arugula, its aromatic and slightly hot taste gives it a special aroma. In Romania I saw arugula at Kauffland and I think it can be found at Cora as well.
